Run an advertising awareness and effectiveness study for a top 10 media agency.
    What Aurora did:
We provided advice on questionnaire design, scripted and hosted the online survey, incorporated TV adverts and digital banner ads in-situ and then utilised our in-house panel of UK consumers to provide an accurately targeted sample.
Results were provided as full and clean data in SPSS for the client to analyse.

Online concept testing research for a new service offering, on behalf of a strategic marketing consultancy.
    What Aurora did:
Using our extensive concept testing/npd experience we designed the questionnaire for the client, ensuring it fully covered all research objectives. We advised on who the survey should target and we sourced sample. We then scripted the survey and managed fieldwork, with regular checks to ensure data quality. Aurora provided insightful results via a charted PowerPoint report.

Provide sample-only access to Aurora’s in-house consumer panel of 100,000 UK adults for a top 100 market research agency.
    What Aurora did:
We advised on the best sampling approach to meet objectives and to ensure that the survey reached the correct audience (in this case, main current account holders at certain banks). Sample was sourced with the same attention to detail that we give when selecting panel sample for our own projects. The client was delighted with the quality of data, speed of delivery and competitive costs. We are now the preferred sample provider in the UK for this client.
